Being the president of the United states is a hell of a job, especially in the 90's.

Balance the US Budget, deal with hostile foreign nations, support insurgents in said nations, order airstrikes or full-scale invasion. Access the CIA wold-fact book to learn about countries all over the world, support countries by granting financial aid.
And most of all - win the next elections so you can do it all over again in your second term.
